As long as it wasn't an endangered/protected species taxidermy listings are allowed on eBay.
I know someone who had her cat taxidermied after her death. Not head mounted, but curled up sleeping. I thought it was creepy...but to each their own.
This seller didn't even have this taxidermy done...
