So TRUE! And, bless Cesar's dog-lovin' heart, his Yorkie experiences, so far, haven't been very positive! LOL A Yorkie is the only case I've ever heard him "give up" on. Yep. But, it was, clearly, the family's fault. The mother would not discipline the dog AT ALL, and didn't even seem to care that he bit her child!
