I told him about it.. I just said I would sure like to go and if we could get good airline flights, what would he think.. He just said I don't know./.. So I started checking out costs and told him I could get tickets for about 341 apiece round trip, but we would have to pay 160 each way for the dogs.. He kind of gulped.. so I said.. what would you think about driving? He said, well look and see how far it is.. so I mapquested it and told him a little over 1500 miles.. 23 hours acourding to mapquest... He said, well we could save money driving, we could drive for what it cost to fly the pets... and only would have to stay in a hotel one night on the road... so I said, should I go ahead and book the room.. he said, sure.. I didn't say another word.. I just came in and sat down and started posting!! lolol
