I'll wait the rest of the day to see if a couple more regular poops corrects the problem. If not I'll stop by the vet with him tomorrow to see if they'll take a look. Any other advise it still appreciated though. I don't want to start expressing unless i have to. I just dont want him to be uncomfortable i know how irritating it can be when my butt itches.
