Its good she's eating small bits and keeping it down. As far as at home recovery, you'll need to keep her quiet and confined. Do not allow any running, jumping, or playing. She shouldn't be allowed to do any jumping at all and make sure she doesn't jump on or off furniture. She can stretch too much and pull her stitches. Keep her away from her stitches, try the onsie or put a shirt on her that's long enough to cover her stitches. When she cannot be watched she should be kept in a crate or expen so she doesn't get into anything. I prefer putting e-collars on them when you aren't home or you are sleeping and can't watch them. It only takes a few minutes for them to rip out their stitches i've seen many surgeries like this and i've seen the good and the bad results. keeping them quiet until their stitches come out is key. good luck!! can't wait to see pictures of Lily!!
