Hello I just bought a male yorkie for stud.The people I bought him from said he was a proven stud he is 4.They also told me that he has 4-6 puppies.I always thought the female determined how many puppies were made but I have heard from several people tha it is the male.I was just trying to get some more thoughts on the subject.
