Welcome to YT! Congrats on the litter. Yes, it is not good for her babies to be around so many people and she knows it. That's why she has moved them. But you want to keep her & the babies safe so get them back in the whelping box & either use a baby gate to keep her in the room or an x-pen around the whelping box. If you gate her in, I would do it in a room where there is not another place for her to hide with her pups - do this in your kitchen or a large bathroom.
