people are like major scammers. I saw this thing on like 60 mins or some show like that about how there are TONS of scammers in Africa they tracked this one specific guy who was like rolling in money because he would be scamming soo many people. I think it was somewhere in Nigeria, they said the exact city in Nigeria too. It was crazy though to watch.
