My mother, my aunt and myself all suffer from them. I have had them all my life. So bad that I would go home and sleep from 6pm until the next morning to get rid of it. I could not do much more. I found out when I was really small that it was the milk I was drinking every morning. I was lactose intollerant.

My mother and aunt live on 222's and they say it works for them. I use to take tylenol until I was about 18 and found out that advil gets rid of them much faster. (15mins)

In my 20's I found that I was getting them from the computer screen. Its weird but I got a set of glasses that don't help me see better, but I don't get migraines when I have them on and use the computer. I only wear them to use the computer.

In the last few years I was getting migrains almost every day. It was so bad and actually started feeling different that I went to the doctor to get it looked at again. They said I had high blood pressure and put me on medication to help with that. Since then I have not had another migraine.

I doubt that was the cause of them my whole life but for the last 6 months I have not had one so something is right.

Some things to do is keep a record of things you do in a day. And refer to it when you have a migraine. Things like what you ate, what you did (excercise for ex), the weather (sometimes I think this affects me) watching tv in certain light.

Good luck with it. I know the pain.
