Default Update-saw Lexie today

Well, I was feeling better last night. She is at er vet still getting syringed fed every 4 hours and getting dextrose drip at 7.5%. Her sugars were holding stable, so they were dropping to 5%. They held good for about awhile, but have slowly starting coming back down again. Basically the vets are stumped. Physically everything appears okay. They only shunt they think could be a microscopic one, but I would have to take her to a specialist clinic or UGA vet school for the scintiography ( or some test that sounds like that). They just started treatment for coccidia, b/c they said sometimes they can have a longer incubation period and make not always show up on initial tests. I am praying to God that is what it is and the treatment will help. Otherwise, I am at a crossroads...I will fight tooth and nail for Lexie, but at this point I don't know where to turn.

Has anyone had a case like this where there is persistent dropping in sugar without shunt? Anything else we need to look at.

I went and saw her today. She is just the sweetest baby, giving me kisses, wanting to cuddle, even with the little dextrose pump in her. I am not holding it together very well...and am just looking anywhere I can to find the answer.
