I think Lacy has a correctly docked medium-length tail, but when I got her I thought it was docked too long. My parent's yorkie basically has no tail left and I knew that was too short. I now know that Lacy's tail is probably the correct length....I agree that most vets and breeders seem to dock the tails too short. I just hate when they cut the whole tail off
