GOOD JOB! I was on South Beach in 2006 and lost 40 lbs...I really need to get back on that bandwagon because I gained back 10 of those pounds and I still wanted to lose another 20....I am planning on it soon..I go on vacation in April and I want to lose some extra weight! So I have a total of 30 that I want to shed!!
