Purl's mom is a very pale 'blond' yorkie and her dad is a blue merle chihuahua (chi) So I'm curious what age is going to bring. Her 'roots' are the same color as her mom. I had her at with me at the salon last night for my touch-up and we were all joking about her needing one too! My stylist has platinum blond hair, and that's what Purl's growing in hair looks like.
I'll ask her mom's "mom" if I can post the pics pf Purl's littermates- it is really amazing to see the spectrum from chi to yorkie in the three. Obviously Purl falls on the yorkie side...
