Okay most of you know Diggy also suffered (s) from Hypoglycemia. He had multiple seizures as a baby and was VERY touch and go for a month or so. SO here is what I fed him.

Feed EVERY 2-3 hours (set alarm thru the night even)
even if they eat just 3 bites its SOMETHING
Give cherrios I offer 2-3 every 30 minutes at least.

his food was

A meat (chicken, beef, turkey) or 1/4 jar of meats babyfood
a chopped up fresh veggie
1 egg
a lil cheddar cheese or cottage cheese
table spoon of cooked rice
crushed kibble can be used instead of meat (at 2 am sometimes I didnt feel like cooking fresh meat)

just a warning most of this food i cooked went to waste you can only heat up so many times .....

I was big on giving complex carbs that break down into sugar slower that a dose of Kayro or Nutrical which tend to give them a high then a low (when given alone) but when all else fails ya have to use the sugary stuff.

The OP's recipe is AWESOME wish I had had it when Diggy was sick...I am certain he got sick of my offerings and mixing it up a bit would have a great alternative.
