Why not got to your local Animal Control office. They will give you all the city, county rules and regs. You can get an application for a licence if needed.
You could go to some shows and tell the Yorkie and Maltese exhititors about your theories of breed improvement, but you will not make it back to your car without a few good smacks up side your head...good luck |
