I have two poms and as long as they are educated they will not yap for no reason, you have to train them and they are intelligent, BUT get a good breed of pom as with all dogs if you buy badly bred dogs with bad temperments you get what you pay for.

STAY away from pet store puppies as your budget will be busted before you can say boo, they come with all sorts of health issues and then you are only helping keep those horrible unethical people in business who run appalling and deplorable puppy mills
