Wow I had no idea so many don't have licenses for their dogs.
I just got all 10 dogs their license for this year. Here it is $14 a piece so it came to $140.
If you have one under 12 weeks then it is only $7 and that lasts for a year like all the other license. But if you have a dog before the end of January and you don't have a dog license you have to pay double the price. If you get the dog in the middle of the year you pay the normal price but it is only good until January again. And the only thing mandatory is that they have their rabies shot.
It would be nice to not have to renew their license every year but I am too afraid that they will get out one day and I will get fined for them not having their license.
Of course the dog warden didn't help matters. She said if she saw any dogs outside or in public she would be checking to make sure they had their license and if not she would fine you.
