You are so right..BUT only our Boykin Spaniel is registered with the municipality here..hehe..we dont have to register puppies so I guess if they come by my house I will just say that I just bought them and Soleil is still considered a puppy..so ill see what I end up doing..
If I register all of them then I am still breaking the law by having more than two dogs so either way Im in trouble...eeeek..
