No, she hasn't...it's a rough situation right now. My sister is away for awhile, not that she ever took care of her in the first place...
but my mom and I are watching her. She has NEVER taken care of her but unfortunately the papers are in her name...so yeah...
It's not that bad...I only found it when I was giving her a bath and it popped out and back in when I moved her leg. She never screams or yelps or holds her leg up...I just happened to notice it. I swear though, like it or not, if my sister is gone for awhile and I start noticing other symptoms I'll just have to front the cost (which I KNOW I'll never get back) and take her to the vet. This baby has had a hard life and she doesn't really deserve this...
