I have two little men. One is 11 months and one is 3+ months. I was thinking of getting them licensed too. However, both are AKC registered with the lost found id tags, they are microchipped and my husband said if for some reason they do get out and have a license it won't matter becuase they won't be out long enough to be picked up by the local SPCA. He believes someone will snatch them up and take them home for their own or to sell. We had the same debat over microchipping, I figure if someone does take them and they end up at the vet the microchip will alert the vet with our name and address! When I had bigger dogs they all had a license and you are right the charges are unacceptable.
