Not every groomer asks for shot records Unfortunately.
And IMO you can get a good or Bad Groom at any Shop. (It is not the Place it is the Person doing the work.)
I do My own because I can ....I do Have great Groomer If I need her But Being a Hair stylist helps me a lot
