Wow, this is an excellent idea! Now to find an organic butcher who will cut them into smaller sizes for me. I usually order my organic meat from a farm with a shop on the internet. By the 'fat', do you mean the marrow in the centre of the bone? I thought that this was good for dogs?

Thanks for this idea and for letting me know about the 'bully sticks'.
