Patti - please talk to your vet about the vaccine. Sissy is 4 lbs and got the 3 year Rabies last year, but only a portion of the vaccine (as the government mandated amount is for a 20 lb dog). She told me that only she and I know exactly what she gives to my pups, but the certification is good for 3 years.
