I received a response regarding SkidBoot, that there were four other people interested in her. I emailed back that if they did not find her the absolutely perfect home that I would drive the 5 or 6 hours to pick her up.
This was the reply I got:
I will keep you in mind if she does not leave by this weekend.
Our screening process requires only that you are alive to get SkidBoot.
Can you believe this guy? I had no idea it was Jeff Dane. I emailed him back to let him know that she deserved the best home she could get and that I would commit to driving up if he would commit to holding her for me. |
