My little girl is the Queen of picky eaters. The only luck I have is with Raw from NV. No canned, no kibble, no homecooked would do. And I tried them ALL. I went 75 miles away from my house and bought EVERY kind of 6 star food they sold and tried them all, no luck. And its not true that a dog wont starve themselves, Chloe has. She now has a pancreas condition thanks to her food strikes.
My best advice is to find something that fits the nutritional needs and give it in small meals at scheduled times. Dont leave it down for more than 30 min. and dont offer any other foods or snacks. Dont beg or conjoil(sp)to get them to eat. M girl is now spoiled and thinks Im suspose to hand feed her, big mistake on my part. Try to not be guilt tripped by them. These little boogers are smart. Good luck.
