Ive been doing hair 17 yrs and I use Kenra's Root Lift spray...Spray on the roots then blowdry with round brush,,,
Sometimes its all in the way you blowdry...the technique gives you volume.
And yes you may have to use a little bit of hairspray to get it to hold.
