They dress the way they do because they want to draw attention to their faces, not any other part of them. I know it seems like they are accomplishing the opposite because nobody else dresses like that, but it is how they see it. They sew a lot of their own clothes too. I guess it really doesn't matter if they buy from goodwill. It is a smart thing to do. They just go to their favorite goodwill store and stock up on all the nicer clothes and shoes they find because someone will be able to use them in the house someday.
