Oh Matthew..he does look worse than when you found him the first time...I certainly hope he didn't go from 1 bad home to another
I think he has def. found the best home..he'll probably just need a lot of TLC and plenty of attention so he knows he's somewhere he is going to be loved and cared properly for. Did your vet suggest any certain food to feed him? Sounds like he was not being fed enough or correctly...that could explain the weight and hair/skin problems...did the vet give you vitamins for him? Anxious to see how he progresses.
