Yes, he's been neutered. And he's not doing this to mark....he's doing it to do a full pee.
We'll take him out and he'll do nothing. After a minute of being back in he'll pee!!
I was told to use a maxi pad so I assumed it was regular size. I guess I'll have to do a super duper sized pad then. He's a little guy so it will look so bulky on him. Oh well.
