Wow Denise, 23yrs is a long time. Your parents were very fortunate to have
her that long.
We had a shepard mix who lived to be 17yrs and a terrier mix who lived to
be 16yrs. I had to put both down. Devestating thing to do. I cried for weeks each time. You know it's the thing to do when the time comes but your left
with such guilt that you had to do it. To be honest I pray when it's Buddy's time he just goes in his sleep because I can't imagine ever having to do this
to him. I'll never survive it. |
