When she was small I would pick her up and say (Let me pick you up). Then I would put her down. Muffy isnt much into treats but some times Ill give her a piece of a hot dog. I always make it worth it to let me pick her up. She has a toy that she just loves so I put it under my shirt so she cant soo it. then Ill tell her Let me pick you up. She will come over stand at my feet. Ill pick her up and then get the toy out. Just make it fun for him. If he doesnt come then walk away and dont look at him. If you keep it up and dont give in, it will work. If he wants in your lap only let him if you pick him up. He will get a clue fast. If you need more help just pm me.
