There is one thing that HAS to be checked into though for everyone's safety. Was the dog that was killed current on the rabies vaccine? If not this person might have to quarantine the two dogs... I would have her call a vet office that she trusts in her area and ask them what she needs to do. They should be able to answer questions like this. Make sure she trusts them though.... |
well the 2 dogs are currently quarantine....but she is unsure if the dog that was kill was up to date on rabies shots or not. I asked her the same thing last night and she was so devastated that she really doesn't know.
if the other dog wasn't up to date on rabies but was not infected by rabies either would that hurt her 2 dogs? thanks.
