Well Bijour is wining a lot for attention, what do I do iggy him or run to him, the thing is as you all know he is not potty trained, so I cant determine if he seeks attention or out to do his business. But he wines a lot. he is really a sweet puppy but I dont want to spoil him or encourage him to bawl out and then I run. Which is best, iggy or please?
