I was wondering why there is a double standard for yorkies and shih tzus...

http://debbiejensen.com but then she is breeding imperials. Isn't it like listening to a person that breeds teacup yorkies? Just a different breed but the concept is the same.
I know she gives good information but if someone said they breed teacup yorkies and have good information you will still stay away from the site.
I know, Dumb question. But I would like to know why it's ok with another breed but not Yorkies.
(I'm not trying to offend anyone just trying to get more information and their opinions on the situation)
