I cannot believe any sick bastard would treat living animal like in this manner. There is alot of people out here that would have taken the poor dog and gave it love. If we could not keep the animal--at least find the correct home for the dog. Just, think... if they did this to animal---what are they capable of doing to a human. I hope, they rott in hell
