I agree with your choice of words, some people make it a purpose to be rude. Their are certain breeds of dogs that are not my preference, but I would not share this with their owners. If one of them showed up at my door, I would not turn it away. We have gotten several dogs this way by rude people who just drop them off, because we live out in the country.
