I was just in Lafayette Lousiana visiting my parents. Mardi Gras is in full swing. I attended a wonderful parade for Krewe des Chiens --Krewe of the Dogs. It was so great, and I am sorry I did not have my camera. Anyone can pay a fee to join the crew and walk their dog in the parade. Proceeds go to the Humane Society.
Next year I am going to bring Edie and she is going to be QUEEN OF THE MARDI GRAS!!!
A friend has an old Model T that we are going to put in the parade and I will get Edie a great princess outfit.
I can't wait.
