But this is how you do it & how some people check for new updates to threads they are interested in. (all though most people seem to use "New Posts")

Up above in the dark blue bar it says "User CP" - click on that - that takes you to all your info. Then on the new page on the left hand side scroll down to where it says "Subscribed Threads" below that it says "List Subscriptions" - click on that.

Then it opens up a page with all your subscriptions. You can delete them by checking the box on the right hand side next to each subscription, or do other things with them. But you have to go to the bottom of the page to where it says "Move to folder" and then choose what you want to do there - like "Delete" Another thing you can create a folder. I only have one folder & I named it "Recipes" and then put all the threads that I have subscribed to that have yummy recipes into that folder, that way if I'm looking for a recipe someone shared, I can find it really easy.

There's a bunch of things you can do under User CP

You're not a dummy!! Don't speak such things into your life - tell yourself how wonderful you are
you can also check your subscriptions by clicking 'quick links' and then "subscribed threads" that's how i do it. click on that and 'new posts' all the time.
