I think that is so unfair of the banks. When someone gives you a bad check you are out of that money & then out of the fees the bank charges as well. This happened to me a while back, I accepted checks for deposits on my Yorkie puppies and I got a bad one. The bank charged me fees for it, I was so mad. I was mad at the girl that sent me a bad check & mad that I was out of even more money!
