Well today it made it up to 59 degrees, and right now it's 58 @ 3:45pm.
No wind, and sunny. It's cool, but not anywhere near your temperatures. I do remember it being cold in N.Y. but that was when I was little. I have been in Florida for a long time now. Sending some sunshine, and lots of heat.
