My little girl is the same way! She has a healthy appetite (much more so than my little boy) She loooooves to eat. She is 16 weeks old now and I know exactly what you mean about the "about to pop" feeling. I have asked the vet twice about it and they don't seem concerned. They said it could just be gas.
