Yeah, they may be gross to think about.. but to the little ones, it's just like a yummy piece of beef jerky. I'm not too terribly grossed out by them unless Franklin actually eats them on top of me (which he actually does quite often). They really are an amazing product. They're digestible so we don't have to worry about them eating the pieces. Like Judy in Waco said, they can keep dogs entertained for hours. Franklin will chew on his all day long.. his only preference is that he is near me while doing so. And they're especially great for teething puppies.. I'd rather him chew on that instead of my furniture.
