i had a rescue pup growing up that had pancreitis and it sounded like similar symptoms. she would be sick all over and have no control of her bowels. this would happen any time she got any human food at all. we would have to take her off of food for about a day and slowly re-introduce it after that and it would pass.
always best to see what the vet says. i agree that it does sound like something that needs to be looked at. poor pup
its no fun being sick. hopfully its just a stomach bug and not serious. we will be looking for updates!
