Italian Beef Pot Roast:
Beef Pot Roast
1tsp Parsley
1tsp Onion Powder
1tsp Oregano
1tsp. Garlic Powder
1tsp. Black Pepper
1 10oz can Campbells Tomato Soup
1/2 water
bag of frozen veggies (corn, carrots etc....)
Sprinkle all the spices on the pot roast. Add tomato soup, water, frozen veggies and pot roast to crock pot cook on low for 8 hours. I can honestly tell you and I am not chef it's the best Pot Roast I have ever made. It was so tender and the marinade was excellent
I got this recipe from a Betty Crocker crock pot recipe book my StepMom bought for me they have everything in there from peach cobbler to italian and mexican it's great!
