Where I find judges that are DQ'ing puppies are the provisonal judges those are judges new to the breed in judging. There are a couple of judges that have been doing it for years that have used the DQ but not on puppies I don't think but young adults. Roslie Anderson DQ'ed a dog for being too light and I agree with that DQ and I will show to her.
