Default Please help with serious potty training

I had the puppy in the washroom with paper and peepee pad, he choosed to pee on his bed. Then I boxed him in the crate, he pooped and pee in there three times. I have spent since 10am taking this puppy out, he has just refused to do it. I have taken his peepaper, and poop and put it outside so he can smell it, he just wont do it. Now he is peeing and pooping in his box and it is small, so he is wollowing in it.

Please help, I hear dogs will never soil their sleeping area why is he doing this where he sleeps. He has been taking out and walked and int he same place over and over and over again since 10am, and all day yesterday hour on the hour. He just wont even drip one drop of pee outside. he only knows the surface of the house, tile, wood and carpet, those are what he learned to eliminate apparently.

Now he is eliminating in his box, what can I do, i am very upset as I didnt expect him to do this. He is being taking out so much and so frequently that I cant see why he will still do this here. Apparently he also pooped in his bed and that was ok I suppose. The blanket the man gave me smells horrid of poop. I have now washed it, but it came smelling of strong poop. So I guess he was never taught it was wrong.

Please help me, I love this puppy and I want to help him but I am no expert in this kind of behavior.

is this normal for a dog his age? If he will soil his crate now what other option do I have? He has thus far soiled all areas I have tried him in
