I agree with Ladymom and Yorkieluv. It is very likely a UTI but it could also be stones. I would not take a chance. Please get her checked.
The yellow foam in the morning is probably just bile from an empty stomach but it could be a liver problem. I would not just wait and see.
What are her blood panel results?
