19. Orange plumerias harness by PBD, $5 (note: this needs new Velcro to be used as a harness. The Velcro has worn down a bit, and your dog can pull out of it. It is wearable as clothing, but needs Velcro if it's to be used as a harness.)
I need to clear this stuff out. If anyone buys 3 or more things, I'll pay the shipping myself!
