They say it's a descriptive word, and adjective. Small and tiny are adjectives. Teacup is a noun. It' just obvious they use it as a buzzword to get more money from those unedumacated lol. Smart well meaning first time buyers who haven't really research yet. Unfortunately with these kind of breeders you can also find other characteristics that come along with the money ploy. Such as breeding 3 lb females, etc....There are plenty of smaller ones that are thrown in a normal litter.

I guess there is nothing we can do other than offering words of advice to buyers to those who ask. Beats me, they're everywhere.
