the yellow foam in the morning is probably because she has an empty stomach, and with her being a picky eater that just confirms it.

The blood in the urine, i do not think is connected with the bile vomit.

She should go to the vet for both these problems and have them looked into. she may have a UTI.

As far as a liver shunt goes, if she was put under anesthesia once and had no problems i doubt she has a shunt. however she may have other liver problems. have them redo her blood panel and if the liver values are still high then she should get a bile acid test done.
